I love this news story for many reasons. In 2010, police busted a drug ring in Dallas, and seized 30 homes that were used as “drug houses.” And now the City of Dallas is donating 4 of them to Habitat For Humanity. It will bring new life to what was once a scary area to be in. One where residents were often afraid to even go outside. It gives hope that there is always a better future out there, and there is no shortage of good people looking to make the best of what was once a bad situation.
